Beef and Lamb Selection Boxes
Under the brand name Holme Lacy Estate Organic Meat Produce, a college retail selection meat box scheme was set up at the beginning of 2006, thus being able to provide organic beef and lamb direct to the consumer. Meat is sold in either ½ or ¼ lamb boxes or 5 or 10kg beef boxes or if preferred individual cuts can be purchased. The box scheme is expanding all the time. Feed back has been very positive as the regular number of customers and repeat orders grow.
HOW TO BUY YOUR BEEF
The beef is available in either 10kg or 5kg selection boxes or as individually purchased joints or cuts. A box will contain a selection of steaks, diced, stir fry, mince and one to three joints of beef, depending upon the size of the box.

HOW TO BUY YOUR LAMB
The lamb is available in either half (approx 9kg) or quarter (approx 4.5kg) selection boxes or as individually purchased joints or cuts. A box will contain a selection of leg, shoulder, chops, neck fillet, mince depending on the size of the box.
