Entry Requirements
Potential candidates should apply on the relevant Application Form. A short telephone interview will follow to ensure suitability of course. A written offer of a Course place may then follow.
Assessment Methods
Assessment will be a combination of assignments, class activities, group work and presentations.
Progression Route
The progression would be to the C.I.P.D. Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management at HCT or the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

This Diploma can be taken as a certificate only by taking the core units:-
- Recording, analysing & using HR information
- Understanding organisations and the role of HR
- Developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner
And taking 3 of the following Option units
- Supporting good practice in managing employment relations
- Resourcing talent
- Delivering learning and development activities
- Supporting good practice in performance & reward management
For this option the course fees would be £1069.00
