Introduction to TIG Welding
Course Content
This course is designed to introduce you to welding and encourage you to work at your own pace. You will be introduced to:
- TIG
- MIG
- ARC
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Produce welded joints in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)
- Improve your ARC welding skills
- Improve your MIG Welding (Metal Inert Gas)
- Identify weld defects
Entry Requirements
Knowledge of basic MIG and ARC welding
Materials
- Suitable boots
- Hardwearing clothes
- Earplugs or defenders are also recommended
