Supported Learning/Basic Skills

Learning supportThe College offers courses for young people and adults wishing to improve their basic education and independent living skills.  HCT is offering Skills for Life courses in English, Maths and ESOL for adults, to encourage them to develop or improve their skills in these areas. Courses are offered on campus and in a range of local and rural community venues subject to demand.

For adults seeking an approach to learning English as a foreign language (EFL), HCT offers Cambridge exam classes in First Certificate (FCE), Advanced (CAE) and Proficiency (CPE).
