Course Aims
NVQs are made up of separate units which are specific to the chosen occupation and relevant to the workplace. For these reasons they are highly valued and increasingly sought after by employers. As NVQs are Investors in People compatible they are also beneficial to organisations seeking this important kite mark
Employees following NVQ programmes have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills and knowledge gained at the required standard. They are assessed on what they can do as well as what they know in the work environment.

Entry Requirements
You are required to be working in the construction industry, and need to have a discussion with the tutor to assess if you can cover the required elements for the qualification. No other formal entry requirements are needed.
