Fees Guidance - Full Time Courses
For learners who start their further education full-time course aged between 16-18 years, there are no tuition or examination fees. Some courses may charge for bespoke items such as materials, equipment, specialist clothing, etc.
For learners aged 19 years and above, tuition and examination fees are applicable. Last year’s tuition fee for a full-time course was circa £600 (subject to change for 2012/13). Examination fees are in addition, but vary from course to course.
Learners who qualify for free Level 2 / 3 courses (See Free Tuition for Adults) are exempt from paying tuition fees, but examination fees do apply. There may also be material/equipment costs, but these are dependant upon the course being studied.
We advise that you call our enquiry line to find out what costs you will incur at enrolment. When you are offered a place on a course, this is conditional on payment of the appropriate fee at enrolment.
