HCT catering students excel
‘The Pudding Club’ voted Bread and Butter Pudding the winner at a pudding tasting and auction organised by Hereford MS Society. Herefordshire College of Technology’s Catering & Hospitality students prepared 6 puddings for judging. The event, held at the Bishops Palace raised nearly £300 for the MS Society.
Unfortunately the event clashed with the England Rugby semi final but those who did abandon the rugby were treated to a feast. David Riley, Branch Secretary of the society said “The only losers were the people who didn’t come to the event. HCT students excelled. We are still recovering and need to visit the gym! An event we intend to repeat in the future!”
