Merger with Holme Lacy now complete
As from the 1st August 2007, Pershore Group of Colleges Holme Lacy Campus has merged with Herefordshire College of Technology and its Pershore Campus with Warwickshire College.
The merger of Herefordshire College of Technology with the land-based Holme Lacy Campus has already enabled substantial new investment at Holme Lacy. Students and staff, from the 2007/08 academic year, will benefit from improved accommodation for teaching and learning, brand new information technology resources, and other improved equipment for students. This, however, is just the start; a complete redevelopment of the Holme Lacy Campus is planned to provide state-of-the-art facilities for all students. A wider choice of courses will soon be on offer, tailored to the requirements of all learners to help them prepare for employment or university.
This merger is a great step forward for vocational education and training in Herefordshire – an outstanding location for the land-based learning opportunities available at Holme Lacy.
