Graham Davies: Management Material
23 year old Graham Davies started work at Central Roofing in Hereford 2 years ago as a general administrative assistant and quickly showed initative drive and commitment. Graham decided he wanted to learn more about the business and decided to study the CMI Level 3 Certificate in Management at HCT. Due to his dedication to the job Central Roofing agreed to sponsor Graham.
Once he had completed the Level 3, Graham decided to progress on to the Diploma in Management (DMS) Level 5 and again Central Roofing decided to support Graham in his course. Graham stated “Central Roofing have been so supportive with the demands of the course, I have really enjoyed it. My tutor Mandy Davies has the skill to assess the students and is able to meet each person’s needs accordingly, that is a special skill to have.”
Now working as an Estimator for the company, Graham is hoping in the near future to continue his study with HCT and progress to the Executive Diploma in Management (EDM) Level 7. Finance Director for Central Roofing Mark Banes added “Graham is a very meticulous and conscientious young man, a shining example to all our new employees.”
