Going for Golds!
Herefordshire paralympian swimmers and former HCT students Sascha Kindred and partner Nyree Lewis are both among the medals at the Paralympics in Beijing.
Saacha broke his own world record to claim gold in the 200 metres individual medley and then claimed a second gold in the 100 metres breaststroke.
"I'm very proud of myself, to break the world record here, it's the pinnacle of any athletes career.
"To go faster than I've ever done here tops it off. I'm ecstatic." he said.
Saacha will be chasing his 3rd successive gold in further events leter this week.
Nyree Lewis who trains at Leominster with Saacha won a silver medal in the women's 100 metres backstroke and was there to celebrate with her partner.
