Students Rise and Trot to the Occasion!

The Worlds Biggest Riding LessonRiding for the Disabled are celebrating 40 years of delivering opportunities, therapy, achievement and enjoyment to people with disabilities. Founded as a national organisation in 1969, RDA now has 500 member groups across the UK with the Herefordshire group based at the College's Holme Lacy campus. Launching the special anniversary with a nationwide event, entitled ‘The Worlds Biggest Riding Lesson’, non-stop riding lessons took place from 10am – 8pm on Wednesday 30th of September.

Six Herefordshire College of Technology equine students joined in the fun with a lesson in the indoor schooling ring at the College’s Holme Lacy campus.
