HE Graduation Day
Herefordshire College of Technology's Higher Education Graduation Ceremony will take place at Hereford Cathedral on Thursday 14th July 2011, at 2.30pm. Our guest of honour, Jesse Norman, MP, will be presenting the awards on the day.
After the ceremony Graduands and their guests are invited to continue your celebrations at Hereford Rowing Club which we have reserved for this occasion – refreshments will be available for you to purchase.
If you have misplaced any of the forms that were sent out via your course tutor, these are available below by clicking on the link.
- Ede and Ravenscroft gown form – please note that gowns can be ordered online, or over the telephone and we stress that you place your order as soon as possible
- Procedures for the day
- Photography consent form - any official photographs taken on the day may be used for future promotional purposes by the College. Please fill in the enclosed form and return as appropriate to the Marketing Department, HCT
- Reply slip indicating whether you wish to attend and the number of guests you would like to invite. Please note that guests will not be issued with tickets, but there will be a registration desk at the Cathedral, to direct guests to their seats. Please ensure that you have returned this to the Marketing Department by FRIDAY 17th June 2011 at the latest
