Three HE Learners Receive Prestigious Accolade
Three learners from the Foundation Degree in Learning Support (run in partnership by Herefordshire College of Technology and University of Worcester) have been awarded academic scholarships.
In total, 88 scholarships were awarded across the University of Worcester’s 10,000 learners. Louise Beddoes, Samantha Nash and Samantha Wilson all received £1000 scholarships in recognition of their academic achievement at the university.
HCT Course Tutor, Jean Bourne commented, “Learners do not apply for these scholarships; they are awarded to learners in the early years of their degree, foundation degree or HND with the best academic profiles across the university. Having three from one cohort and one course is a real achievement: I am very proud of them all.”
