The College has been identified as having many areas of good practice. These include: robust procedures for academic standards and effective relationships with its awarding bodies; extensive and effective programmes run by the College to develop the skills of its staff; liaison with and meeting the needs of local, regional and national employers; provision of quality, detailed course information; gathering and incorporating student views to improve the quality of learning opportunities; enhanced teaching and learning for rural communities via imaginative virtual learning; and provision and management of specialist facilities, enhancing the students’ learning experience.

Higher education courses are very important to us and staff and students have worked hard to achieve this excellent report.
