Typically smaller than a farm but larger than an allotment, the smallholding enables its owner to achieve some level of self-sufficiency and perhaps the opportunity for income supplement through selling surplus produce. With more people than ever seeking the ‘good life,’ HCT offer the following short courses at our Holme Lacy campus.
