Firefox: Allowing a 'pop-up' window for the HCT domain
Firefox will block all 'pop-up's' as default and you will therefore need to create an exception for *.hct.ac.uk
On the top menu bar click on Tools > Options to generate the dialogue box shown below.
With the 'Content' tab selected, click on the 'Exceptions' button next to the 'Block popup windows' option.
The dialogue box shown below will be generated.
To allow the hct domain and all sub domains type *.hct.ac.uk into the Web address box and click on 'Allow' and then 'Close'.
Firefox: Accepting the HCT Security Certificate
When you first attempt to login using Firefox, the Certification warning box shown below will be generated.
Make sure that the 'Accept this certificate permanently' option is selected and click 'OK'.
