Disabling 'Pop-ups' in Internet Explorer
To be able to change your password when it expires, pops ups need to be disabled for the HCT website
Open Internet Explorer and select Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings
Add *.hct.ac.uk into the first box, as shown, then click 'Add'
It will then appear in the ‘Allowed Sites’ list
