Guidance for logging in

You will be required to enter your username and password which will give you access to your files via Virtual Office, enter HCTOnline and if you are a staff member, access your emails.

If your password has expired, a 'pop-up' window will appear, allowing you to change it. If a 'pop-up' window does not appear you will need to ‘allow’ pop-ups for the HCT site. See how to Allow pop-up's from specific websites in Internet Explorer.

Having problems logging in?

Staff or students using the Windows Vista operating system may experience problems and should follow these instructions.

Firefox is an excellent alternative browser to Internet Explorer and will tend to have fewer problems with HCT Virtual Office. After downloading and installation just make the following minor configurations.

It is available for free and can be downloaded by clicking on the icon below and following the instructions shown on screen.
